Hello Wall Lake Residents!

We have such an exciting event planned for you.  It's a family event and full of fun.  It's not a race or a competition, just a day to get together and be out on the water.  What is it you ask?  It's a Kayak The Wall on August 5th.

It starts at 10 a.m. and continues to 4 p.m.  No registration required, just start from your own home any time between 10 and 4.  We have 4 rest stations strategically placed around the lake which will be identified by an Event sign in the yard.  Each person will kayak to the rest station.

 

At the rest stations, you will find bottled water, bananas and some snacks. While you are at the rest stations, write your name and phone number on the entry form to be enter into the prize drawing for door prizes.  The door prizes are "I Kayaked The Wall" event t's.  Ten names will be drawn at each rest station.  If you are one of the lucky winners, you will receive a phone call.  You have the potential of winning 4 t-shirts.  The shirts will be located at Katie and Christy's mid-Lakes Screen Printing and will be given on a first come, first serve basis.  You will have one week to claim your prize.

 

We will have Jim Lockwood and Sue Trudeau around taking pictures of everyone having a great time which will be posted on the Greater Wall Lake Association Facebook page and www.mywalllake.com website.  For questions regarding the event, please e-mail katie@mei.net.
